Overview

The Jazz are in a great spot to add a couple of players this offseason. They are a good team that made it to the second round, and have a fantastic young guard in Donovan Mitchell. Ingles stepped it up this past season, and they have reigning defense player Rudy Gobert. But they have issues to address. During the playoffs, the had spacing issues when both Favors and Gobert were on the court. They could really use a three and D power forward. Luc fits there perfectly. But I do not think think that they would have to use their whole cap space and mid level exception for him. I think Tyreke Evens could be a great addition to this team as well. He probably wants to go to a contender at this point in his career, and the Jazz would have minutes for him at the two and three if they let Exum go. They have some interesting decisions to make on their free agents though. Exum has shown flashes of talent, but has had injury issues. He is restricted, and could be brought back if the team is still high on him. Overall, the Jazz have a good young core to build around and a solid rotation. They should be targeting players that can help them in a playoff series in the highest levels of play.
